Yeah, I wasn’t sure where that question fell on that spectrum. I’m just super worried about being that mainsplaining douche, partly because I am a philosophy major and we’re (rightfully) seen as being the worst about that.
Also, for the same reason, I fret about everything. EVERYTHING.
But if you think you have some good thoughts about the question (or even interesting half-formed thoughts or something), feel free to let me know, because I’m honestly curious about this issue.

I didn’t see your question at first but it’s actually a legit question and you are perfect and never bad ever.
Okay, cool, ‘cause that’s pretty much my exact point: I’m just some white male dude who likes talking about metaphysics a lot because I have no idea about things like gender/sexuality/race, or even how to talk about them most of the time, because they don’t impact me (directly) at all. So I just like watching most of my followers talk about it, insofar as I can be like “Oh, I guess when men [or whatever] do ‘x’ they’re assholes - hadn’t thought of that, but makes sense, so I won’t do that’.
Now I’m just rambling. I’ve been writing this essay for too long.

Whoops, ignore my reblog of guydebatwing just a bit ago. After seeing her talk with aspiralshadow, I think I may have been being an asshole in the way I asked that question, so I think I’m going to take a step back and think about whether my question’s at all important, or just me interjecting male opinions where they’re not really needed/wanted.
Hey Rachael, since you’re talking about her, have you seen this video? It’s basically Hyuna doing the whole of Gangnam style, I guess? It’s pretty entertaining.
