“Tool-Being: Heidegger and the Metaphysics of Objects” by Graham Harman, pg. 99 - Harman’s referring to the tool-being/broken-tool present within every object at all times, the dualism that makes up nearly the whole of Heidegger’s philosophy.
I think I’m just going to start a serious of posts about Harman, because his philosophy is honestly some of the best I’ve seen in a long time.
